Over the course of the last very few days, I have begun reading A Series Of Unfortunate Events again, and have quite enjoyed it. As a writer, I appreciate the themes and motifs, a phrase which here means "the various artistic devices the author uses to create a masterpiece," and have used the series as a baseboard for one of my own series, which uses A Series Of Unfortunate Events as a sort of inspiration. Recently, I've been playing Half-Life 2 through again. I still love it lots. Episode One, however, is IMMENSELY slow. Like, mind-bendingly slow. It's horrible.
Portal, also, is amazing, but slow in places. I love both of 'em.

So I received a new LEGO set in the mail today from an anonymous donor. When I opened the box, to my surprise, I saw within a yellow-topped container that said upon it Mata Nui. Of course, I was extremely surprised to have received such a set from an anonymous donor that I quickly ripped into it and constructed the set.
