Day Run... is officially over.... Well, it's been a fun.... geez, over a year? My gosh... that explains so much! Anyway, I'll have an official Night Ride-style character wrap-up list type thing written soon, and it'll be posted here for anyone interested in it. Stay tuned--and hopefully everyone who participated in DR can get together in a future game.
Yo. So, I compiled a large, relatively in-depth (though mostly just in-general) recap for ROTR yesterday, and figured, what the heck, I might as well post it here for people (current players, past players, potential new players or just curious bystanders) to see just how far we've come since we began back in... April? Geez; only eight months? I thought i had been longer. O.o
Well, regardless, here it is, for those interested.

I finally went through my inbox, managing to clear out seven of the twelve pages that had accumulated in there. It's... rather surprising, the things you can find in a stack of PMs. Heck, there was stuff in there from 2009, 2010--before and immediately after RotR started! O.o Shocking. But, it's all gone/condensed now, so it's all good--especially since I managed to find and save a bunch of older summaries for RotR plots that had been PMed to various people. It also gave me some ideas of
The RPG system is back up!!! : D
I just need a response to my last PM from my potential (if not already set in stone) co-host and then I should be ready...
Second big highlight of the day; whoop!
EDIT: Yup, it's official: KM has accepted the position of co-GM. Congrats to him!
All righty. I figured since I've got so much done in regards to the Broken Unity rewrite, I'd offer a few previews for potential readers in the future. Hopefully opinions regarding them will be as high as mine; if not, then feel free to leave a comment with some pointers or suggestions about what I do could to improve during the editing stage. Bear in mind that these are only a couple of scenes, and not entire chapters; their length is not an indication of how long individual chapters will be
Read and review. I have to say that I wasn't terribly confident about posting this chapter. Not because I think the writing is bad--far from it--but because I felt the transition from one area to another, done arguably abruptly, might've been a bad idea. Ultimately, though, I think it's fine--it's not like the events in the two areas are going to be separate for long.
Finally finished it. It's really long. Like, over five pages with size 10 font. Easily the longest story update I've written to anything in a while. But yeah, I'm still not posting it until next month, most likely. Or later this month; whenever I get up to chapter 2 or 3 done. Still, keep an eye out for it -- the story's going to be excellent this time around!
Hey, guys. If you haven't done so already, you should totally go over to the RPG Contest #26 Final Poll and vote for my entry, #4 Perpetual, and/or TPTI's entry #2 Island of Pain. They're both awesome and I would be happy as all getout if they both won, though I'd be fine if only a single one pulled through. =) Also, a belated Merry Christmas! Hope you all had a good one, even if you don't celebrate the holiday!

Rise of the Rockets
"That was almost too easy," Bounty chuckled, wiping Giovanni's blood from his pistol before replacing it in its holster. The former Team Rocket leader lay in a crumpled heap on the floor, beaten in battle by his most trusted followers before, at his own prompting, being executed. As it stood, the four Shadow Admins remained in a wide circle around him, taking in their victory. At his fellow Admin's
