I LOVEEE FALLLL. Our backyard is covered with leaves already.
Though I love the weather, I also love that we have many friends that grow veggies every year, and give us some of their extras!
I've been given, tomatoes, carrots, lettuce, corn, beets, LOTS of apples, and of course...about a ca-trillion zucchinis!
While I personally like zucchinis, my family doens't care much for them. I've discovered the only way they eat them is if I make these (rather unhealthy) chocolate chip zucchini

but... i'm so happy to have a hugeeeee (and I mean huge) of delicious apples!! They're so yummy. I already have an apple pie in the works (Yes, I'm in the kitchen with my laptop xD) and I'm looking at making some apple streusal muffins along with that apple coffee cake I made a about a week ago. :3

If I had had actual apples laying around my house, I would've added those into the batter, but I didn't. Surprisingly, the applesauce actually gives it enough apple flavor, it also keeps these super moist & I didn't even use oil! ;D

haha, allergies are horrid today. I guess our cat got on my pillow or something, because I woke up this morning with some patches of my face being swollen, and red, and hives all over. annoying, embarrassing, uncomfortable, itchy! xD

what on earth? looking over my U.S History schedule, we have a test every three days.
it's like we start the chapter, and have a TON of homework that first day, and then we have a quiz the next day, and lots more homework, and then the test the next day.

My week has been, insane. And that's an understatement. xD
An Older lady I knew died on Friday night, My Dad had emergency Surgery on Sunday night, got out of the hospital Monday afternoon, and then we found out that ANOTHER lady we knew, lost her baby when she was 8 months preganant. The Baby was due the end of this month, Ughhhhhh.
On top of this, Tek moves out today, an
you know you love it! B) ohyess. work today was wondrous. haha. not really. I just like the atmosphere there (when most people are in good moods..lol) we can all joke around, and it gives me a chance to be sarcastic (like I NEVERRR have one...yeahhhh) lol.
