Theobroma Cacao Muffins
This is an interesting recipe that I've been working on lately.
Ingredients:
Dry ingredients:
1 Box Chocolate pudding mix
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
1 cup sour cream
1 Egg
1 cup sugar
Tools
6 muffin tin
Rubber spatula
Toothpick or wooden skewer
Two mixing bowls
Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
Mix Dry ingredients together completely in bowl, then mix wet ingredients completely together in another bowl.
Pour wet ingredients on top of dry ingredients and mix making sure to sparingly mix to create irregular texture (Mixing too much will produce cupcakes instead of muffins), let mixture rest for five minutes.
Evenly spoon mixture into well oiled muffin tin and insert into oven checking every five minutes to see if toothpick can be inserted into the middle of the muffin and come out clean, when the toothpick comes out clean remove muffins from oven and place upside down on cooling rack and allow to cool before icing storing or eating.
I've made this four or five times in the past week tweaking things every time, Ill probably repost this at another time once I've worked on the recipe.
