Freedom Of...

Nowhere in the U.S. constitution does it state explicitly that BZP has any right to prevent my freedom of speech.

...Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution does it state that I will get arrested if I murder your great aunt's second cousin nineteen times removed with a ice cream scooper.

So I'm safe on both counts.

The constitution only protects you from government censorship and even that has limits. The constitution allows organisations to make their own rules and regulations about what can and can't be said.

Secondly, BZP is not a monarchy, democracy, oligarchical, autocracy, dictatorship, or technocracy. It's not a nation, a kingdom, a country, or a city state.

It's a website; It has rules, not laws. It has a staff, not a government.

Stop with the politics. One more comment like that and I'm locking this.

Seriously. Talk about ice cream scoops or something.

I think you missed the part where this is a joke.

Yeah, this was a sarcastic commentary on what wasn't really politics at all. :P MM, definitely glad to hear your opinion, as I do love to talk about this kind of thing and hear other thoughts--sincerely--but Shine said it, and he's da boss. This was a joke, but if it won't lead anywhere good anyway, I shall lockaway.
