Anyone here have issues with getting really depressed, without any noticeable cause? If so, how do you deal with it?

 

More importantly, how do I stop it?

Yes, however, I am Clinically Depressed, so it may be different for me than for you.

What I've found to help is to go outside and exercise. Go for a run, walk, skateboard, or whatever.

That's just my two cents. :)

@Eeko: I've not been diagnosed with anything, on occasion of not going to a psychologist. I'd give that a try if it wasn't usually this time of night (After about 10:30 or so) that it happened.

Seasonal Affective Disorder, more likely than not. Exercise does help (gets the endorphins going), as does watching how and when you eat.
