if it's misshapen, is it at all possible to bend it back? Of course you can't bent it much without breaking it, but you should be able to do it just enough to make a tighter connection.

I think the prongs on the bottom of the plug are pushed too far in. At least, that's what it seems to be. The shape is fine.

Carefully try to wiggle them back out with needle-nose pliers, maybe? Like, very gently.

Just glue it in its port. Then it'll stay for sure.

Well that kinda defeats the purpose of my tablet being portable.
