Well, the contractor is going to let us know how much it'll be tomorrow, and assuming we agree - which we will in all likelihood - I can start sorting through the junk between me and the TV, which, once clear, will be when I pick up the 360, ME1, ME2, and the card for the DLC. Of course we'll still need too get bookcases to replace the ones that rotted on the bottom and got unstable, and a couch to replace the broken, painful one, but those can be done in the same timeframe.
