Was that multiplayer Civ, or single player? Did you drop missiles on one of their ships? Or do something else to annoy them in turn?

Singleplayer. And they were the ones annoying me. The kept converting my cities to their religion and settling where I was going to. >_>

I see. =P they probably were trolling you, given all that. And I'd say they succeeded. =P
