Everyone else is celebrating and enjoying tasty candy, and I'm stuck inside on a beautiful day writing a paper and avoiding eating so I don't have to have more terrible Passover food.

 

Could be worse though, it's only one day more, and this dang paper is almost done. Happy Easter, happy Passover if you're in the same boat as me, and if you're celebrating a different holiday from those two, happy whatever holiday that is!

It's so true it's painful. And somehow ever single year I get lulled into a sense that it'll be fine this time!

 

The worst thing is the passover rolls. They're close enough to real rolls that you can tell what you're missing, but the texture is all wrong, and no breadroll should ever be springy!

I only realized it was a holiday when all the restaraunts that I'd usually go to on a Sunday were closed. :( (I had to work anyway.)
