The piece count is 48 49. I had to edit out a piece that snuck in without my noticing (a black 1x1 brick-- don't worry, it wasn't in the MOC). Never mind, it was just in the wrong group. The Black 1x1 brick is actually a part of Strong Bad. Therefore, Strong Bad has 29 pieces and Homestar has 20.
