My dog wouldn't stay out of site for more than a minute, and I have to do it for 5 minutes at the county fair. Seven laying down. So it sucked that she wouldn't do a minute. And I haven't wanted to practice with her lately. So while she was inside today, I tried it...while playing on the comp! Awesome idea. I'm out of site, she's staying. I enjoy my time.

Sure enough, after 54 seconds she got up and came looking for me. So I set her back down in the exact same spot, and she stayed 5 minutes without a sound! And I called her and she came. It was awesome. A step closer to a few of my dog-related goals that I have to do.

-Long down with me out of site

-Long sit with me out of site.

Now I just have to train her out of getting up when she sees me.
