My glasses are broken in half. I've had them for a really long time and if I can't fix them, I will die a little inside. Tape isn't working. They're plastic so I need the best plastic adhesives you know of, and some reassurance. They're my glasses.

Worse comes to worst, you can find some epoxy-resin suited for plastic adhesion.

 

Problem is, that gets kind of messy, and one invariably gets more out of the tubes than one needs.

I've experienced that too but it was a different part of the glasses. I think a year ago my left holder, stick, whatchamacallit fell off, and then earlier this year, my left lense kept popping out which made me look like the wooden eye pirate in POTC. All because of that stupid bolt that was missing. Boo hoo.

They'll be fine. Just get some superglue or wood glue or gorilla glue or something. I was hit by a ball that was about twice my size when I was in 1st grade, completely destroyed my glasses. Next day they were good as new, thanks to parents, a screwdriver, and I think some glue.
