I was walking through a TJ Maxx on the 5th of September—the 5th of September, mind you—and what did I see? Halloween merchandise! Don’t get me wrong. I actually think it’s a good way to hype people up. People will be anticipating Halloween just to get out of this merchandising maelstrom.
