Second Post In One Day. Omg

Still bored. Though you can obviously tell if I'm making two posts in one day. :P

Well, nothing much new since 7 hours and 45 minutes ago, (:P) Except that Spitty commented, and I found out that you can drag those little boxes with info in them around. It's quite time occupying when you do weird stuff with them.

Also, if anybody would like to help with my new SSS site, I'd be more than happy to let them! (I'd love some help. ESPECIALLY if you can add flash buttons. That portion of my webmaking program is messed up, so it freezes whenever I try and add them. :()

I love editing people's posts... :P

The Great Continental Glacier was hundreds of feet high, two miles thick in the center, and stretched to the horizon. It made valleys wider and deeper, smoothed mountains, cleaned the ground up right to the bed rock, and took away hundreds of feet high of land.

The glacier formed in Canada, Greenland, Europe, and Siberia, from more snow falling in the winter than could melt in the summer. The forming took thousands of years. After all of the parts in each country finished forming, they eventually slid together, in North America. The glacier then slid across most of the continent, sweeping up everything in it’s path.

Movement of the glacier eventually stopped in New England, after hundreds of years, when the weakinging forward movement was balanced by the melting front. For a few hundred more years, the glacier sat there, acting as a conveyor belt for boulders, dirt, gravel, and other items to dump in front of it, which held it in place while it was melting.

Most of the glacier’s conveyed earth is still there, though some worn away by the sea. The largest groups of earth are Long Island, Block Island, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and Cape Cod.

Oops. I need to quit putting my History report notes on my clipboard. :P
