Is the topic title a pun about stone sets? Because when it says "throwing rocks" I typically expect complaints, not celebrations. Had to read it a few times before I noticed the smiley and realized that the entry was lauding the use of orange, not bashing it.

Oh, and I didn't mind the yellow. I hope it comes back eventually. But orange is better for Pohatu anyway; it helps reestablish his more subdued color scheme (I had been vouching for Keetorange with Avak brown armor, which sadly would have been a bit too vibrant upon hindsight). And orange should remain a main color for many stone sets, even if some stone sets have keetorange (it's like Metru keetorange! )

Anyway, the only problem I have with the new Pohatu being orange is that LEGO shouldn't have expected anything short of confusion when they made that mask in orange. Though I do like the mask (like a Kakama Nuva without the spikes or the eyeholes, both of which I disliked from the start), and I rarely think in color, it's still a bit too much like the Vahi for most people who have been around since '03, and I can't blame them.

There are other things that might have improved him, like a differently colored visor (trans orange might look nice) and differently colored eyes, but overall he makes a good Pohatu in my eyes.

Oh, and I'm still hoping his chest armor is gunmetal. The new kind will look nice next to those other two colors .
