Me and my mom agreed that she would take me "Phantoka hunting" during the week of vacation that we have in January. Now I look in the Official 2008 Sets Topic and find a Canadian guy saying that the Walmart or TRU guy said that they would get the Phantoka on shelves in the first week of January!
