Happenings

So I haven't updated since December 19th. Waaay too long, mate.

Anywho, I haven't been as active lately on BZP. My laptop has been acting weird lately. Internet Explorer likes to randomly close out on my every few minutes, almost as if I am only allowed a certain number of page view before it closes. I've been wanting to download Firefox and see if that helps with the problems, but alas, I haven't had much time to sit and work on my laptop at all. I've also been shopping/looking for a new laptop, keeping watch on popular bargain sites such as BensBargains and NewEgg. Although, I'm aiming to make a purchase through BestBuy, considering I have gift cards that add up to $115 for that store that I would like to use towards the purchase of a laptop, that is, if I can find a satisfactory deal.

KIE officially freaked me out on New Years Day. :P Haha, kidding...

I also got a 27 on the ACT. Better than last time, but I still feel I can earn a few extra points if I actually study/review next time. I managed a 30 on the English and a 27 on the Paragraph Comprehension,. which is about what I'd expected. The science (I hate graphs!!) and the math (I need to review Plane Geometry, obviously) gave me a hard time.

School/work have been absorbing most of my time, but mostly Halo and Mass Effect. I've fallen in love with Mass Effect, and seeing as I don't have to work any day this school week, most of my time free time will be spent playing Mass Effect or Halo 3 with Than.

And I finished the Harry Potter series tonight. Awesome books, now I need something else to read. Any suggestions? I'm looking for Fantasy/Fiction mostly.

Well, thanks for reading (the two of you who read this blog). I hope life has been treating you well.

Suggestions for mainly fantasy/fiction books? I suggest Warriors. It's a series with three sub-series. It's about clans of cats that live in their territories. It mixes action and a very well drawn out plot that lasts a whole sub-series, and mystery. Plus, it actually raises some questions that can be applied to life, if you like that kind of thing.

Mass Effect did the same thing to me... Where are you in the story?

I was on Feros, at the poart where I throw the gas grenades at the citizens to send them into shock. I've restarted and I'm about to go to Feros now (I'm about 12 hours into the game: I like doing side missions.)

*maniacal laughter*

*fear*

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. Right now I'm reading Stephen Colbert's I Am America (And So Can You!) and Eldest.
