How about just Biosite? You could make a new version of your smiley logo by replacing "mech" with "site".

Though Biosite is so simple that it probably has been taken.

EDIT: And now that I look at it--www.biosite.com--doesn't it look a bit odd? Or what do you think?

@bngi: Biosite doesn't really say what I do. I have, however, seem to have come up with a final name. Biomech Design Studio. I can keep the same logo, and the domain would be something like www.biomechds.com.
