As Shine stated, it is gangsta. Having been guilty of this myself, I must say that the most enlightening experience of my school career has been running around with my pants down. (But I gots them basketball shortz on too)

I also find it annoying, but I've learned that if people want to look ridiculous, then it's their right to look ridiculous. I "sag" a little, but at least the waist of my paints dont come to the middle of my thigh and have to hold my pants up with my hands...
