Pretty good, though they just look a bit more amored versions of their 02 forms, but still good.

They look really pieced together, and Gali's color scheme (maybe Tahu's; can't see if there's any dark red in there) is chaos. Really, it'd be much better if you tried to make something that could pass as a set. Even if it were more intricate than canister sets-- even as intricate as a titan set-- an attempt to make something setlike is a good first step to making a decent MOC.

Feel free to check out some of ToM Dracone's stuff to get a good idea of what makes a convincingly BIONICLE set or revamp. His Lewa Nuva Phantoka is rather good, and his Mahri revamps are good if you're simply trying to fix errors in the set, though you are clearly going for a more radical but still perfectly reasonable approach here by completely redesigning the characters.
