We need 5xN bricks.

Who's with me!?!?

5 is a number that seems to only appear in Technic pieces. In fact, all odd numbers above 3 don't seem to be around in the system pieces.

...N?

What do you mean? You don't understand "N?" What kind of Lego fan are you? Go pick up your copy of Allan Bedford's Unofficial Lego User's Guide and you will see pieces described as 1xN, 2xN, etc. the N stands for "Number." Basically I'm saying that we need bricks of the five stud length in any width. 5x1, 5x2 mainly, but I had assumed that a big builder like Bunda (and can I assume Dorek?) would know what I mean and instantly agree that we need some bricks of the five length.

Honestly, I'm disappointed that I had to explain this.

xccj, you make a good point. I haven't had the need for a 7xN brick yet, but the #7 rods sure to come in handy. I'm trying to figure out what I'd do with a #9 rod if they ever made one.

Oh, N as a variable... Sorry, I thought it was just a typo or something ^^;

Yeah, 'cause the N key is so close to the key pad.

(*doesn't use number bar above letters*)

I don't have that book. I don't build with system.

I only have enough money to get any considerable amount of pieces in one line.

It's not near those either.

I was pointing out how I don't use the number bar. Emphasizing the key pad and hoping someone would be shocked that I think the key pad is better. (Which it is.)

Shame....

Do you collect all 6 sets of each, plus all titans? I don't, and I've been able to spread my money out to all those cool bricks (that started Lego all off, mind you). I think you should try it sometime.

Are you in a "copy Bunda" kind of mood by centering your post?

Yeah, I'm going to be annoyed with my laptop once I get it because it won't have a key pad.

The key pad is really useful in Lego Digital Designer.

No. Not regularly. I usually just get two or three from each series, with the occasional addition on sale. I have a content block of all my sets in my blog.

Right, the content block.

I hope you can get some brick eventually. It's really an awesome medium.
