Cool! I like this one better than your first one, probably because it's more upbeat and has some cool sounds to it.

It's certainly cool, but there's one or two parts where the guitar plays faster and the drums sound off. Perhaps a fill of some sort could be inserted into that spot. Otherwise, It's quite good.
