Sleep Deprivation.

'Kay, so as absolutely none of you know, I live in a gated community.

 

And I have these college neighbors who ABSITIVELY POSOLUTELY KEEP ME UP ALL FRIGGIN' NIGHT.

 

Sorry, had to vent.

 

Anyway, they throw parties with obscenely loud music, and they talk really loudly. They kept it up 'till 1:00 AM on a Wednesday once.

 

Wednesday, I said.

 

On one night, a few months back, my mum called the cops on them, (something about "disturbing the peace") and they stopped.

 

Until now.

 

They've been partying EVEN LOUDER THAN USUAL. And the host's house is placed in such a way that the noise echoes everywhere.

 

I know college students like to party, but I hope they start doing it on Saturday or Friday. Or I'll sic the soupspoons on 'em.

 

They're even noisy now, and it's only 6:55.

 

At the moment they're muttering moronic things, and counting to themselves.

 

*inflates water balloons and throws them out window onto partying morons below*

Y'know, that's actionable. Well, you know that disturbing the peace is, but keeping it up after the cops came? You should certainly call them again, they'll but a stop to them for sure. :)

I know, I know.

 

They actually kept quiet for about five months after Mum called the cops on them, but it's started acting up again only in the last few days, so we're gonna wait and see if they stop. Mum screamed at them on Sunday, though, so that was good on her.

Probably the end of finals or something.

 

Just so you know, 1 AM really isn't that late for us college students, but I do agree that loud partying that late when other people are trying to sleep is rude.

 

Sabotage their music speakers or something... :evilgrin:

Well, I'm only 11, so it's quite late for me. I actually wouldn't mind it if they did it on Fridays and Saturdays, because I stay up 'till Midnight then, but on weekdays?

 

I'm planning to waterballoon the house. Maybe even TP it, if I'm sure they're not home.

Ha, I had the same problem with our neighbors in our vacation-building-place in Virginia. Except they cursed. A lot.
