Is it just me, or does Lego's new Star Justice set very closely resemble the theme and style of the fan-made Pre Classic Space theme?

Even more so, the "Space Skulls" set seems to be a ripoff of the 3vil[sic] theme...

If you don't believe me, just look up the names of said fan-themes. Notice that they have been around since around 2002?

Perhaps the founders of the themes designed the sets, or had something to do with it? Because they really look like ripoffs of those themes...
