Of all the things that I don't like doing (which isn't much, honestly), I absolutely detest standing in front of people and giving a speech. I don't know why. I just don't like everyone in a room staring at me. Even if its just a small group, if the attention shifts to me and I start talking, I choke. What's even worse, I consider myself a moderately good speaker. Odd, isn't it? I like writing speeches, yet I dislike standing in front of people to give my speach. *sigh* I guess this is part of what comes with winning Valedictorian honors...

Anywho, these past few days have been amazing. Yesterday mostly. Instead of our Youth Pastor speaking on Wednesday night, he had one of his friends as a guest speaker. He's one of the coolest people I know. My pastor and he were playinig a game of Scrabble when my friends and I walked in and were still arguing over the same word by the time they left to go prepair for service. It was quite hilarious. After service, Pastor Stephen took all of the Seniors out to wherever we wanted to eat. We all decided on Carrabba's Italian Grill, which in the past has been a very delicious place to eat, but didn't seem up to par last night. Anyways, my best friend and I got to talking with our pastor's friend (can't remember his name...) and he was pretty much exactly like us but about 15 years older. Turns out he's a Zombie freak and has got plans in case Zombie's ever do come into existance. He plays the same kind of games, watches same kind of movies, and listens to the same music as we do so naturally conversations started to flow. I wish we could all hang out sometime again...

Grandparents are in town. Haven't seen them in a while. Of course, greatly looking forward to Gram's French Toast Saturday morning. It's to die for.

Going camping Sat. through Mon. with the bros. Should be bunches of fun.
