I've seen some people do it, so:

B Attack-Stryker: Charge and fire stryker

->B Attack- Dragon Fist: Glow around punch, blasts enemy upwards.

^B Attack-Stryker Carry: Shoots stryker upwards, when it reaches top of arc, I jump towards it and kick.

V B Attack-Dragonn Call: Dragon comes, allows you to ride it. Lasts about 30 seconds. Breaths fire, eats foes, slashes

Final Smash-Mokai Burner Strike: Dragons fly in and breathe fire every where.

Now somebody just has to make a Rohn character to download into the game...
