[The Chronicles of Velox Characters] There's something artistic about the half-MOC. Sculptors of long ago did only partial sculptures of people to show their great significance. It's a gesture of setting the specific person (or the sculpture itself) apart from normal ones. It was one of those extra things that helped it win. Argy Oh, you spelled fiend wrong again.
