Aanchir Posted June 30, 2008 I've been getting into hip-hop a lot lately. Rap is OK, but doesn't have nearly so much creative background music (and before anyone says that keeps it from being real music, many other songs have reused music, including Whiter Shade of Pale, one of the awesomest songs ever). New country, old country, whatevs. Most of it is cool. Although I have to agree with my brother that Lips of an Angel is not a country song and should stop being covered as such; it's not even that good. Whatsherface, that newer one, she's got some great talent for writing lyrics. The creative rhythm on some of her songs just blows me away. Goodness, I need to get my mind unscrambled.
