An Mln Lottery-ish Thing

Since I got to Rank 10 I don't have anywhere left to go in MLN, and my inventory has a bunch of stuff in it. All my Rank 9 items go to DudeNuva because of a deal we made a while back. I might be able to get you a Secret Satellite Book or something though, more on that later.
So, here's how this'll work. I choose 5 numbers, the members who leave comments with those numbers will win a lot. I'll tell you the lots, but not the numbers, except for a couple hints.
Hint #1: One of the numbers is less than 10.
Hint #2: 3 of the numbers are more than 100.
Hint #3: 1 of the numbers is more than 200.
Hint #4: The highest number is under 10,001.
I reserve the right to alter the numbers (and Hints), if they haven't been reached yet. If I do so, I'll let you guys know.

Lot #4: 12 Millstones, 1 Mantles Victory Banner, 50 Elemental Water, 100 Elemental Fire, Roofing License This is also Torhuki's, won with #177. Given to DudeNuva.
Lot #5: 29 Loose Sparks, 8 Pipes, 14 Gypsum, 6 Rough Rubies, 12 Rough Diamonds, 1 Rough Sapphire Also Torhuki's, won with #230.
If you comment one of the winning numbers and win a lot, then I'll contact you, send you an FR on MLN, and send you your stuff. If you win and you don't have an MLN account, or would rather give your stuff to someone else, reply to my message with the persons MLN name.

EDIT: Also, another prize. The person who's commented the most times when all the lots are gotten gets a Secret Satellite Book.
