As some of you may know, I'm part of a Scouting outfit. Every year, we host a barbeque for the members, parents and former leaders, and this year, I'm one of the ones in charge of organizing it.

Unfortunately, I've been so busy this year with my studies, projects and traineeships, that I left it to the other people of the team. Apparently, not everything has been taken care of, so I still need to check a few things with the food supplier, the local youth centre, the one in charge of the location, the municipality's technical service... A bunch of stuff.

That, and we've had hardly any confirmation from people attending, and the final subscription date is in 4 days...
