You will not become suddenly wealthy if you forward this to 10 people, nor will you suddenly be proclaimed emperor of anywhere if you choose to forward this to 20 people. If you decide not to pass this to 10 people, you will not go bald, nor will you be called "ugly" by a random passerby in the center of your town on that one corner where the parade took place last year during that huge event if you don't forward this to 20 people.
