Friday I went to Oakland with my dad and nephew, and while there saw the same book copied in many different languages. Looking at a copy written in Maori, I discovered that 'Jesus' in Maori is 'Ihu.' I also saw other familiar names such as 'wairua,' 'whenua,' and 'Rama' while skimming through it. In the same building we saw 14 brilliant scupltures with religious significance.

The next day, we drove to San Francisco. We went to the zoo and were a little disappointed by the fact that a lot of the exhibits were empty, but otherwise had a good time. I also discovered that 'Faxon' is a street in that city. Then we went to the Exploratorium and were able to look at just over half of the displays. While there I got to see a cow's eye get disected and learned a lot of things Eye (bad pun ) didn't know about both eyes and cows. Then we went to Pier 39 and were gonna go to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., but the wait was gonna be an hour so we just had pizza. Finally we went home.
