Cycle Of Doom
Friday, September 1, 2006
Hey there, BZP. It's been a couple days since I last had an entry here. I've been ultra-busy with school going now. I just haven't found the time.
In retrospect on this past week, I believe that every single weekday was structured the same. I would always stay up beyond midnight every night for one reason or another. The next morning I would have a close call with being late for carpool because I would oversleep, not get out of bed, yadda yadda. I would struggle every moment of school to stay awake, and I would just be waiting to go home. As soon as I got home, I might have gotten a snack or checked the web; and then I would sack out in my room for three to five hours. When I would wake up, it would be dark outside (that's pretty late in the summer) and I would have none of my homework done. But at least I would feel refreshed. I would speed through whatever homework I had, but it would still keep me up past midnight. And then the process would therefore repeat itself. See the problem here? It's a schedule that ultimately leads to a life where all of my consciousness is spent at school or doing homework instead of relaxing and playing, and I'm suffering due to sleep deprivation all the while. Fortunately, I have a chance to abort this cycle of doom during this extended weekend -- thanks, Labor Day!
I ordered Legacy of Evil just a couple nights back, so it should arrive by mail around next Tuesday. I'll be sure to say a few things about the book when I get it! Don't get excited -- I wouldn't spill any major spoiler info.
I hear there's a new McDonald's Bionicle promo coming soon! Geez, haven't seen one of those in a while! I kinda miss spending every meal at a McDonald's just to chase down every single toy...
