I havn't had any contact with girls (well, I have now, but that's only the 'talk together' way.) since 4th.

The girl I love is in none of my classes, but we pass buy each other a lot on the way to different classes. Plus there's always break/lunch/after school.

Just try to become friends with her. Then start hugging her. Then become really good friends with her.

Easier said than done. I don't get that well along with girls.
