No, you want the Score.

Unlike most movies, who's background "classical" music is compiled into a Soundtrack, or Official Soundtrack, or OST, the Transformer's "Soundtrack" is a bunch of actual songs that might have been in the movie or go along with it. (I guess, I don't have it. But the Goo Goo Dolls and Linkin Park songs that were in the movie are on it.)

So instead, for Transformers, all the background music we all love was released on a "Score," and sadly not at the same time as the movie. The fans that wanted it (I guess the producers did not think there were that many) had to wait a month or more. I forget.

In other words, get the Score, as I stated in the actual entry. (Or else you'll end up ordering the soundtrack if you don't keep your words straight.)

Dude, the soundtrack was one of -the- most amazing soundtracks ever. Admittedly, the Goo Goo Dolls bring it down a bit, but great track from Disturbed, Smashing Pumpkins, etc... amazing.

The score is pretty decent too, I hope Jablonski comes back for the next film.
