I hear you. Their validator threw an error just for including & in a url, or not including an ID with a NAME attribute. Though it does amplify the respect the banner gets when you put it up.

I'll be sure to make my site as accessible as possible, it's very key when someone (let's say) doesn't have a working mouse or uses a low resolution and so on. I wub web design. =D
