A friend of mine had this awesome one where this pedestrian was being followed by an entourage of spectacle-wearing analysts.

The caption read: "THE GOVERNMENT IS WATCHING YOU."

I nearly died.

"You are being watched." Let's just say that the picture for that one would include a person swinging a rather large pocket watch over the other's head.
