All the Vahki rock, all the Toa rock. Except maybe the white Vahki and Nokama. But I don't have either of them. Lihkan/Kikanalo I remember being awesome too.

OOHNORAHK. Oohnorahk is amazing. So is Vakama Hordika. And Sidorak, and Keetongu. There's some serious WIN coming out of Rahaga Pouks, too.
