Indescribable Sound Good For A Title?
Being 2 years old pretty much means you’re going to get in trouble and yelled at sometimes. Does it mean people need to have their voices raised constantly though?
Sure I yell and try and tell him he did something bad, you don’t just yank on a PS2 cord. Now all the while he was in my room my mom just kept yelling for him on and on and on. I watch the kid when no one else can but she sits there and yells for him when he is with me, it doesn’t make any sense.
Then she started folding clothes, most towels. Now he always helps me fold clothes and put them away. All he was doing was picking the clothes off the floor and putting them on the couch and she yelled. Maybe it is the fact I just woke up and her voice seems overly loud but I don’t think it is.
But this has to be the tip of the cherry. I got a thing in the mail from my college. They send me little things like receipts every once in a while and the occasional check for supplies. She handed it over to me and left. Then she starts yelling from the other side of the house. “If they sent you a check I’ll take you town and cash it! You can buy us some dinner and a little bit of groceries before it snows again!” It wasn’t even a check it was tax information. It even said “Important Tax Information Enclosed” on the front.
Our cupboards are stocked and our fridge is full. There might be a few odds and ends we need but nothing important we can’t go without. It just seems funny to me that I always end up spending some of the money I need for supplies instead for groceries. My mom says she’ll give it back or help me out later if I need something though. The only thing is she helped me out one time and that was to buy the cheapest book I needed.
I just don’t understand.
I needed to get that out so I can try and stop thinking about it.
