Toa_Ausar hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there are Kanohi known as Begasu (beh-GUH-soo), the Great Mask of Rahi Control, which allow the user to gain absolute control over any and all living Rahi in the surrounding area, although insectoid Rahi are somewhat resistant to this mask's effects and are therefore at times quite difficult to manipulate. Typical, non-insectoid Rahi do not have the amount of willpower needed to resist the mask-user's influence, with the possible exceptions of Krahka and Keetongu. Among other things through the power of the mask a skilled user can reflexively placate Rahi to hinder an attack, drive Rahi into a savage frenzy, enlist the aid of nearby Rahi, or lull Rahi to sleep through sheer force of will, until such time as a Canon Kanohi name is revealed.

Universe" there are Kanohi known as Gemi (GEH-mee), the Great Mask of Scanning, which allow the user to quickly discern the location of an individual or object whose position is otherwise unknown to them, provided that they have been in the presence of the target before and that the target remains on the same island as the user.

Toa_Ausar hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there are Kanohi known as Hemhem (HEHM-hehm), the Great Mask of Power Scream, which allow the user to discharge a perpetual high-frequency supersonic tone that sets nerves on edge, as well as short bursts of high-pitched sound that can cause crippling headaches. A user can create amplified screams, which can deafen and disorient all other creatures in the surrounding area for short periods of time or they can produce power screams that result in loss of consciousness for all unprepared creatures over a several Kio area. These power screams are strong enough to physically knock an opponent back, can be heard across the entire island, and can even shatter stone.

Universe" there are Kanohi known as Senb (SEHNB), the Great Mask of Health, which grant the user the ability to practically immediately heal nearly all manners of self-injuries while awake, be they minor, mild, moderate, or severe. They can also use the mask to enter a state of hibernation in which the user can overcome nearly any and all mortal wounds, making them virtually indestructible. Furthermore, a user can utilize the power of the Kanohi to heal even severe wounds of others as well.

The thirtieth article proposed by Toa_Ausar is as follows:

Toa_Ausar hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there are Kanohi known as Uhi (OO-hee), the Great Mask of Sensory Deprivation, which allow a user to momentarily deprive a specific target of its' senses, such as sight, smell, hearing, feeling, taste, balance, etc.

The thirty-first article proposed by Toa_Ausar is as follows:

Toa_Ausar hereby proposes that within "The C.I.R.C.L.E. Universe" there are Kanohi known as Umt (OOMT), the Great Mask of Density Control, which grant the user the ability to decrease their own density at will in order to enhance their speed, agility, or to pass through other solid matter by becoming momentarily intangible. A user can also use the mask to increase their own density to the point of becoming all but immune to harm from physical attacks, although this makes them immobile. Furthermore, the user can likewise control the density of any object with which they are in physical contact with through the power of the Kanohi.

Also, note that this discussion and the corresponding voting will end at 1200 PDT (Noon in the Pacific Time Zone) on Monday, February 23rd, 2009 provided that at least 3/4 of C.I.R.C.L.E. members have voted at that point.
