Track practice starts Monday morning. I'm not really looking forward to it but I'm doing it because I had a reasonably good time in it last year and It will make getting ready for the World Scout Jamboree a lot easier.

I'm probably going to be doing the 800 M again this year. Last year my best time was 4 Min 49 Sec. I hope to improve on that a bit. 2:25 is probably a reasonable goal for my last race. Who knows I may do even better then that.
