If what I read is correct there was recently a contest to design a possible new version of the Union Jack to represent Wales. In the ensuing poll the winning design (submitted by a Norwegian) received 55% of the vote. This is it. "It represents shouting "UNION!" and joining together; kicking reason to the curb and doing the impossible; fighting the power, and piercing the heavens,"
