Get an Xbox Arcade. It's $200 and the cheapest deal out of the three you mentioned.

Buy a Pro. You'll hate yourself if you get an Arcade. You get barely any memory space, and if you plan on getting RB:B then you'll probably get RB2 as well, which means you'll wanna dig into the DLC.
