This is going to be quite bias, unless non-judges are aloud to vote as well, because if not, then all judges atomatically are ahead of every other MoC.

I'm considering not letting judges vote on their MOCs, but that will mess up my system a bit. Don't worry, I'll eliminate that issue (hopefully).
