Early Bird
So, recently, my body has been automatically waking me up after six hours of sound sleep. I've found I'm actually a really great morning person! So, I try to go to bed around 11pm (Otherwise I wake up too early) and then I get up at 5am.
So, I've decided to put this awesome getting-up-earliness to good use.
I've never been much of an athletic person, but I really like to run/jog. So, I plan to get up every morning (And since I don't want to go to the gym or jog in my creepy neighborhood) I plan on working out on our Wii fit. (: Oh yeah, you heard me.
So here's my idea of the routine. (I don't really know what the best way to work out is, but this seems really convenient for me, so if you have suggestions, let me know!)
I'd like to at least be working out for an hour. If I happen to have time, maybe more, but here are my ideas.
Body Test
Arm/Leg lift
Pushup/Sideplank
Jackknife Challenge (these hurt, so I want to try increasing the amount of them I do every other day.)
Run the Island map twice (Anyone know "how long" you're running? I've googled, but can't seem to find anything...)
Hula Hoop (this one really tests my endurance because soon my stomach just aches, so I'm going to try to get better and better at it every day.)
I think I could stay in pretty good shape this way (Not that I'm round or anything I just want to be able to run well, and be strong)
...Oh, and I have a really strong will, so when I decide to do something, I'm doing it. P:
