Day One Of Healithiness P:
Exercised this morning.
My BMI is 17.11 I weigh 108 Ibs. (I'm 5.6 if you were wondering)
Running was fun, I was very sweaty and worn out after, which I guess is good. Hula Hooping ached! I wasn't able to do my push ups & sideplanks because I somehow hurt my wrist yesterday, and it hurts really badly when I bend it, or put weight on it. Oh well.
So, now I'm going to see if I can eat a bit healthier too.
I've been looking at recipes with less sugar, more fiber, fruit & veggies. I have been making yummy banana-apple nut muffins. (bananas, like 2 T. Sugar, applesauce, apples, WHEAT flour, Oats, Walnuts, milk, and a bit of cinnamon & nutmeg.) Yummy stuffs. They definitely TASTE healthy, but I like the fruit & the wheat. (:
Now, to drink lots of water. P: At breakfast I drink Orange juice, at Lunch & Dinner I drink milk (mom's rule). So, anything other than that, I'd like to drink water. P: I usually like to drink juice & stuff, but water's cool too. P: I'll also be limiting myself to 1 cup of coffee a day...maybe.
