Thanks Bink, and please, do not misunderstand me. Is it so bad to tap them on the shoulder with an email or whatever and say, hey, we have anxious people at the forum, how goes the process? It is really no different than asking someone to give you the time of day, right? There is no need for them to stop working on next years models, please accept my sincere apology if you think I was out of line with this entry.

For some reason I see Bink's post as highly sarcastic, except for the last part.

We all love lego, how about lego loving us back? The customer/consumer is what has made lego the great company it is today!

More than any other company I've seen, TLG listens to fans. Not only do they listen to fans, they have an entire division devoted solely to community interaction. If there's one company it's unfair to claim not paying attention to its fans, and not loving their fans in return, it's TLG.

The set designers are busy people, and as Bink has alluded to, busy with next year's sets. They approached Tufi with this contest idea and judging, and they will get back to us. But I am certain that out of all of a set designer's responsibilities, judging an on-line MOC contest falls pretty low on the list. They'll get to it when they get to it. And when they do, we'll find out what this contest was about, and everyone will be stoked.

I agree completely. I understand people may be eager, but we have to think about them as well [not that you guys did anything wrong - since you specifcially said you weren't complaining, but rather anxious].
