Well, for those of you who are wondering, the "Second C.I.R.C.L.E. Expansion" is now running more than a week further behind schedule than I'd like, however I have now received almost everything we were waiting on and so we should have the eleven new articles up for a vote shortly, just as soon as one last small project is completed.
