Remember, Remember, The Fifth Of November
Kinda ironic that my brother's birthday is November fifth (tomorrow). He's turning 18. Wow... I feel old, since I'll be 17 in January.
Anyway, it's been a while since I've blogged, hasn't it? I was plenty active on BZP and all, but in all honesty, there just hasn't been a whole lot to blog about. We're having family over tonight for my brother's birthday, so I've got mixed feelings about that (am I really in any mood for guests?). Naturally, I got him the most obnoxious card I could find. Which was much harder than I thought, actually.
I didn't bother doing a lot on Halloween (REALLY wanted to write a story or somethin' for BZP, but I had like four projects and homework every night this month). Against my mother's whims, I had my overly-protective dog sit/lay (whatever she felt like doing) in front of the front door and bark at and scare away anyone who came by so we could have as much leftover candy as possible. The poor dog (Tasha) got so confused between my mother yelling at her to stop scaring trick-or-treaters and me telling her to scare them every ten minutes.
But then, on Halloween night, my mom and I went see Saw III! Great movie. Not as good as the first, but it was a great way to end the series; and believe me, I'm pretty darn sure that this is the end, considering how it ended.
I have a plan to see if I can get anywhere with that girl that moved away (she lives about 45 minutes away now, as opposed to half an hour )! E-CARDS!!! I have her e-mail address; MAN, I'm good!
Uh... So anyway, I have the perfect idea for an SSC #3 contest entry. And, believe it or not, it's not a Nightwish song! It's Metallica, and I'm making it creepy enough to compensate for my lack of a Halloween story. May the best author win (my massive ego that I've developed over the past 3 1/2 years on this site says "ME!", but that's not very good sportsmanship)!
Oh, speaking of Nightwish, I have a new song by them that you might like, ToM Dracone! It's an instrumental one called Crimson Tide Deep Blue Sea. It sounds awesome.
And now I must go tend to some extremely annoying hiccups.
